Reminder:  Still Time to Submit Comments on Oil & Gas Rules

There is still time to submit comments on the proposed changes to 35-CSR-4, the DEP rule that regulates “Oil and Gas Wells and Other Wells.” 

In addition to USPS, written comments may be e-mailed to DEP.Comments@wv.gov. Comments must be received no later than 6:30PM tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14, 2009.
