This conventional drilling rig is being dragged from one well site to another by a bulldozer because the road is so bad.  This road is probably legal now!  The State's Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Field Manual says "It is recognized that some of the standards for structures [for roads] may not be utilized during the actual drilling operation, while a large amount of heavy equipment traffic is occurring, but rather will be utilized during the reclamation phase."
