We need your HELP! One of our bills, HB4090, is stuck in committee! We need the bill placed on the Senate Finance agenda ASAP! H.B. 4090: Creating the Oil and Gas Abandoned Well Plugging Fund reduces the severance tax on low producing wells (5 to 60,000 MCF of gas a day) to 2.5% and dedicates that remaining 2.5% to plugging orphaned wells. The creating of this fund would dedicate a stream of money to go towards plugging abandoned and orphaned wells! CALL OR EMAIL SENATOR BLAIR AND ASK HIM TO PLACE HB4090 ON HIS AGENDA ASAP.
